Music Research 1

Today we started to look at copyright free music websites (as we cannot use music which breaches copyright). We looked at the website incompetech.com as this website is easily accessible, free,  and has a wide range of music. As we only did this at the end of the lesson we have not yet found any possible tracks but will continue to look in lesson then update when we find some.

UPDATE

After looking at non-diegetic sountracks for the first section, we decided to use the track "Over Under" for the scene when the couple are getting ready. We feel that this track fitted well with our footage as it was calm (the footage is at the equilibrium stage), and that it felt modern (the film is set in modern day). Also, whilst we were putting it onto final cut pro, we discovered that the soundtrack fitted perfectly with the actions in the footage - by luck!

 We will now continue our music research to find music for other stages in the film where we need.
